The moose tenderloin was AMAZING!
The most tender, buttery, flavourful piece of meat I have ever tasted. So, if anyone ever offers you a bow-shot tenderloin of moose, as our neighbour did on Saturday, grab a bag of charcoal and open a bottle of red wine and get ready for something special. Here’s what it looked like,

I was not looking forward to that meal, I can tell you. But it was such a fun surprise!
