Here is something really funny......I finally made this lasagne, and was all set to put up the post because I had those all important PHOTOGRAPHS.
And then when I went to take them off the memory card I got this big screaming message "Memory Card Defect".....and all the photos are gone. When I looked to see if there was some remnant of the meal to photograph, I found only the sad empty casserole dish in the soapy sink. It would not have been a good sales pitch for the meal.
I will still write it up, from memory, not pictures. I hope somebody somewhere can see the humor here.

Yea! I finally had a chance to try the cauliflower dish. I NEVER buy cauliflower, but your comments have stayed with me all these months, and finally I bought cauliflower and tried it! We all loved it! We're eating vegetables! I am so happy!

Thanks, Missy, for these great lasagna principles! This is exactly what I've been needing! I always need your advice...especially when you are checking e-mail as you head out the door to go grocery shopping!

Katie...The moose was shot (with a bow and arrow) by a friend of our neighbour, Charles. He and his wife and another couple came for dinner, he had dropped the moose meat by earlier so Jon could figure out what to do with it.
As it turned out, Jon grilled it (so my pot was not really needed) and it was the most tender and delicious piece of meat any of us had ever tasted. I have a photo which I'll post later this evening.
Yes, it's a Canadian thing.
How's that baby?
